McDonald’s Business Managers Conference

Over the course of the event, we provided comprehensive event support, managing everything from setup to de-rigging. Our team of 259 crew members worked tirelessly across multiple roles, ensuring the smooth execution of the conference.

We started by efficiently unloading trucks and organizing materials and equipment upon arrival. Our crew then set up props, staging, and technical equipment, transforming the SEC Centre to meet the event’s specifications. Our skilled logistics team, including forklift and telehandler operators, ensured heavy items were moved with care and precision.

During the event, our stage hands and backstage crew supported all stage-related activities, ensuring everything from stage building to prop management was handled smoothly. Our technical team managed the AV setup, ensuring presentations ran without a hitch, with seamless operation of screens, projectors, microphones, and other equipment.

After the event, we handled the de-rigging process, dismantling setups, packing away equipment, and restoring the venue to its original condition. Our team's attention to detail and dedication to safety and precision played a key role in the success of the McDonald’s Business Managers Conference 2024.
